Returns & Exchanges
- Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the delivery date will be issued in the original payment method used to purchase from this website, excluding shipping charges.
- The original receipt must accompany all returns.
- There will be no refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
- Swimsuits and all other items that are worn, damaged, soiled or laundered cannot be taken back.
- If you ship such merchandise, you will be charged a Shipping & Handling fee of $24.95 and Swimland will return the item to you. You while be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Exchanges are allowed and subject to the same conditions listed above. Shipping and Handling charges, if applicable will be charged to your credit card ($4.00 for exchanges on items under $100.00, excluding shipping costs).
- SALE & CLEARANCE items are EXCHANGEABLE ONLY and NON-REFUNDABLE.
- You may not exchange or return an item at any of our stores.
We will email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and/or exchange. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise and approval that you are eligible for a refund. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Contact Swimland by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone us at 954-966-5055 for an approval for the return. We will respond to your message via email or telephone within 24-48 hours during business days Monday-Friday.
- All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved by Swimland.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item or items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will gladly exchange an item for color or size and for the same dollar amount as your original purchase with no additional shipping charges on orders of $100.00 or more, excluding shipping charges. If the item is not available, we will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable replacement. For exchanges of items of less than $100.00, a Shipping and Handling fee of $4.00 will be charged.
We recommend that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to insure the proper delivery of your return. If you are returning via USPS, request signature confirmation. Save all shipping receipts for proof of delivery. We CANNOT issue refunds for lost and/or unconfirmed shipments. No C.O.D.’s will be accepted.
