• Returns & Exchanges

  • 1.  Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the delivery date will be issued  in  the  original payment method used to purchase from this website, excluding     shipping  charges.
    2.  The original receipt and Return Approval Code must accompany all returns. 
    3.  There will be no refunds for items returned more then 30 days after the delivery date. 
    4.  Swimsuits and all other items that are worn, damaged, soiled or laundered  cannot be  taken back. 
    5.  If you ship such merchandise, you will be charged a Shipping & Handling fee of  $24.95 and Swimland will return the item to you.  You while be responsible for  paying for  your own shipping costs for returning your item.
       
    6.  Exchanges are allowed and subject to the same conditions listed above.    Shipping and Handling charges, if applicable will be charged to your credit card  ($4.00 for exchanges on items under $100.00, excluding shipping costs).
    7. SALE & CLEARANCE items are EXCHANGEABLE ONLY and NON-REFUNDABLE.  
    8. You may not exchange or return an item at any of our stores. 

    We will email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and/or exchange.  Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise and approval that you are eligible for a refund.  Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

    Return and Exchanges Instructions:

    To return or exchange an item please:

    Complete the RETURN FORM.  Download the RETURN FORM, if needed.
    

    • Complete each section of the RETURN FORM and attach it to the original invoice.  Include the reason for the return or any information that may relevant to processing your return or exchange.
    • All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved and contain a Swimland Return Approval Code.  Write the Return Approval Code on the RETURN FORM.  
    • To obtain a Return Approval Code please contact us at orders@swimland.com.  We will respond to your message via email within 24-48 hours during business days Monday-Friday.
    • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Write your Return Approval Code on the RETURN FORM and on the outside of the package.
    • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item or items.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    We will gladly exchange an item for color or size and for the same dollar amount as your original purchase with no additional shipping charges on orders of $100.00 or more, excluding shipping charges.  If the item is not available, we will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable replacement.  For exchanges of items of less then $100.00, a Shipping and Handling fee of $4.00 will be charged.
    
    We recommend that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to insure the proper delivery of your return.  If you are returning via USPS, request signature confirmation. Save all shipping receipts for proof of delivery.  We CANNOT issue refunds for lost and/or unconfirmed shipments. No C.O.D.’s will be accepted.

  • General Shipping Procedures 

    1.  All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Hallandale Beach, Florida.
    2.  We ship Monday- Friday.  We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on holidays-  Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day,  Thanksgiving Day and any other US national holiday.
    3.  Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days pending credit card approval and  inventory availability.
    4.  Swimland mainly ships via USPS or UPS.  You will receive a tracking email from us  when your package ships.
    5.  Shipping charges are non- refundable.  To receive free return and shipping, see our  Returns & Exchanges Policy.

    Shipping Restrictions

    1.  Swimland ships to the 48 contiguous United States.  Swimland does not ship to  Alaska or Hawaii or to any US Territories.
    2.  We ship to 1 address per order.  Please place separate orders to your    destination addresses.  For assistance with multi-addresses checkout,  please CONTACT US.
    3.  Swimland does not ship to PO BOXES or Military Addresses (APO/FBO/DPO).
    4.  A signature is required for delivery of orders of $500.00 or more.
