Returns & Exchanges Instructions

To return  or exchange an item please complete the RETURN FORM, which is included with your order.  You can also download the RETURN FORM, if needed.
    1.  Complete each section of the RETURN FORM and attach it to the original  invoice. Make sure you include the reason for the return or any information that  may relevant to processing your return or exchange.
    2.  All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved and contain a Swimland Return  Approval Code.  Make sure you write the Return Approval Code on the  RETURN FORM.  To obtain a Return Approval Code please contact us at  orders@swimland.com.  We will respond to your message within 24-48 hours  via email.
    3.  Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be  returned in the original packaging.  You must write your Return Approval Code on the RETURN FORM and on the outside of the package.  You will be  responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item or items.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    4.  Ship UPS or insured prepaid mail to:

We will gladly exchange an item for color or size and for the same dollar amount as your original purchase with no additional shipping charges on orders of $100.00 or more, excluding shipping charges.  If the item is not available, we will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable replacement.  For exchanges of items of less then $100.00, a Shipping and Handling fee of $4.00 will be charged.

We recommend that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to insure the proper delivery of your return.  If you are returning via USPS, request signature confirmation.  Save all shipping receipts for proof of delivery.  We CANNOT issue refunds for lost and/or unconfirmed shipments. No C.O.D.’s will be accepted.
